By purchasing or accessing any course or product from Cranial Hair Prosthetics, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Course Access

  • Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course content for personal, non-commercial learning.
  • Your login credentials are for your use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
  • Cranial Hair Prosthetics reserves the right to update or improve course materials at any time.

Certification

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the course requirements including the final exam. The certification issued is a professional credential from Cranial Hair Prosthetics and does not constitute a state license or medical license.

Intellectual Property

All course content including videos, PDFs, workbooks, and written materials are the exclusive property of Cranial Hair Prosthetics. Downloading, copying, distributing, or reselling course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Physical Products

Bundles that include physical items (lab coat, framed certificate) are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Allow 4–6 weeks for delivery after certification completion. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Limitation of Liability

Cranial Hair Prosthetics provides educational content only. We do not guarantee specific income results. Individual results depend on your effort, local market conditions, and business decisions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our certification courses. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.

30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital course purchases. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@cranialhairprosthetics.com with your order confirmation number and the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Physical products (lab coats, framed certificates) that have already been shipped are non-refundable.
  • Requests made after 30 days of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Accounts found sharing or distributing course materials are ineligible for refunds.

In-Person Event Cancellations

For live in-person certification courses, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may receive a credit toward a future event. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
